Ms. Fragakis is a 40-year resident of Florida by way of Port Jefferson, New York. After attending The Florida State University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology. Ms. Fragakis worked as a probation officer for Pride Probation; as an advocate for victims of domestic violence for Palm Beach County; and as an administrator running community-based treatment programs for first time drug offenders for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Ms. Fragakis thereafter earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and her Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida. As a licensed member of the Florida Bar for the last 18 years, Ms. Fragakis has served the public in many capacities as well as hundreds of private practice clients. She has developed a niche in legal matters affecting families, including Estate Planning, Family Wealth Planning, and Probate and Trust Administration, but she is also experienced in Business and Corporate Law matters, Leasing, and Real Estate Transactions and Finance. She has represented a great many individuals and small to moderate-sized businesses and their ownership among the various practice areas.
